Who we are

FICARIS DIGITAL is an Australian business based in Perth, Western Australia. We build AI agent systems for project execution in the oil & gas industry.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you email us, use the contact form, or book a call, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and reliability. We also use privacy-focused analytics that measure page views and site performance in aggregate — we do not use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

The value calculator. Our savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to you, prepare for and follow up on calls, deliver our services, and understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

We keep our list of processors short and current: Vercel hosts this website and provides its analytics. Calendly handles call scheduling when you book through the site — the details you enter there are also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox and processes what you enter in the form solely for that delivery. Links to external sites (such as LinkedIn or client websites) take you to services we don't control.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the information we hold, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — or as required by law. Correspondence about active or potential engagements is retained for the life of the relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll act on it promptly — wherever in the world you are, we extend the same rights.

If you believe we've mishandled your information, tell us first and we'll do our best to fix it. Australian residents can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and revise the date below. We won't quietly weaken the commitments made here.
